At the end of what has been an incredibly busy term, I take the opportunity to thank the parents and friends of the College for the support that has been provided over the past 10 weeks, particularly in response to the COVID19 measures that have been constantly evolving throughout the term. I am conscious that many of these requirements have placed pressures on families and added increased responsibilities at all levels, however, to this point they have been effective in ensuring that we maintain a healthy and safe College environment which is the ultimate intention of every action that we take. 

As has been communicated previously, the measures and restrictions that are placed on schools at present were always intended to be implemented for all of Term 3, with a plan to review these for Term 4. It is likely that any change to these requirements will be communicated to schools by NSW Health and the Catholic Education Office early in Term 4 and, for this reason, unless any announcements are made over the course of the upcoming pupil vacation period, we will be continuing the current arrangements into the first days of Term 4. Once the new measures are confirmed, events such as incursions, excursions and assemblies will be organised and communicated as appropriate. As always, I thank all families for their continued flexibility, understanding and support. 

I also take the opportunity to wish our students a very happy, safe and relaxing holiday period as we move off for a well-deserved break. I especially acknowledge our Year 12 students who will be spending this time fine-tuning their preparations for the upcoming HSC and to Year 11 who having now completed their Preliminary Course, will now prepare to begin the term as our new Year 12 cohort.
