We continue to pray for all those people in Ukraine, we pray for peace;

We pray for members of our community who live in Gregory Hills, St Andrews, Leumeah, and Macquarie Fields, keep them safe; especially as there have been electrical boxes incinerated, upsetting electricity supplies;

We pray for our friends and family who are now recovering from Covid-19,   we pray for good health!

In the main foyer of the College, you will see the statue of Mary, she has been draped in an emergency care blanket.
These blankets are used in times of great desperation; so we are reminded that we are to be more like an emergency blanket, to help those who are desperately in need of love and support.
We are reminded that Mary was a refugee, who didn't have many possessions, gave birth in an animal manger, traveled in fear of her and her family's life. She is also a model of care for others, encouragement of her Son at the wedding in Cana, and deep faith in God.
This year the Marist theme is "Known and Loved" and we are reminded that as a College with Mary at our center, we need to be more like Mary.
We are sorry to announce that the Year 9 Encounter day, that was to happen on Friday 1st April, has been postponed to next term.
