"Good afternoon, I (Rory McEvoy), am delighted and grateful to be your sport captain in 2023. I await with pleasure the opportunity to meet and work with all our athletes, and to inspire the sporting life here at Mount Carmel. My co-captain Alexis and I will be available for any questions, concerns or advice regarding sport. Please don’t hesitate to come and see us, we are here to help. Throughout my years at Mount Carmel Catholic College, I have tried to support the sporting life in any way I can, from Misa competitions to DIO, NSWCCC, and All Schools. Using the experience I have learned from sports, the position of Sports Captain for 2023 allows for my past experiences and skills to be expressed towards uplifting the sports culture within the school community. As a result, this honorable position will allow me to play a significant role in improving the sporting lifestyle at MCCC, and I look forward to hearing from the students and helping them by representing their voices.

• Campbelltown/Camden Ghosts U18 Brewer side that plays in the NSW Premier cricket competition running from October 2022 to March 2023
• Camden District Margaret Peden U15 team over the December/January period
