As we enter the latter half of Term 2, we face a time when assessments, changing weather, sporting commitments, and various other pressures can put additional stress on our bodies. It's crucial to recognise the early signs of fatigue and anxiety and to implement strategies to manage the daily demands of our lives effectively.
